22nd Golden Drum announces Single Channel Jury

Chavo D’Emilio, Creative Director, McCann Worldgroup Latin America and the Caribbean, President and Chief Creative Officer, McCann Buenos Aires, Argentina, selected as the President of the 22nd Golden Drum Festival Single Channel Jury, will be joined this October in Portorož, Slovenia, by ten top level professionals from the advertising industry.

The Golden Drum Competition invites best creative, advertising, digital, PR and media agencies, advertisers, production and media companies from 37 countries of New Europe, to enter their creative work before the entry deadline 21 August 2015 and compete for the prestigious Golden Drum Awards. Razvan Capanescu, Chief Creative Officer, Leo Burnett Group Romania, Romania, is an internationally award winning creative director, currently Chief Creative Officer for Leo Burnett Group Romania, overseeing the creative product of 3 business units – Leo Burnett, iLeo and Arc.

Svetlana Ćopić, Creative Director, Scholz & Friends Belgrade, Serbia, was a member and president of international juries at Epica, Golden Drum, Hypnosis, Crystal Festival Poster Award jury and in her career she has won numerous awards in international advertising festivals, including multiple Epica and Golden Drum awards, WPP Atticus Award, Cresta, New York Festivals, Magdalena Festival for Young Creatives, Moscow International Festivals, European Excellence Award…

Oliver Drost, Chief Creative Officer, Deepblue networks AG Hamburg, Germany, has received many awards and nominations in his career at shows like Annual Multimedia Award, Bob Award, Deutscher Dialog Preis (German Dialogue Award), DMMA Onlinestar, Goldener Funke/Golden Spark, Neptun Award and German Designaward. He was a member of the Neptun Award and Bob-Award Juries.

Alexey Fadeev, Co-founder & creative director, Depot WPF, Russia, is one of the most competent and honored art-directors in Russian advertising community. The winner of Russian Advertising Academy National prize (2003). He works with brands as Nestle, Unilever, DANONE, Xerox, Philips, Kaspersky, Campbells, Kimberly Clark, Beeline, etc.

Karolina Galácz, Deputy Creative Director, Y&R Budapest, has been part of the Y&R family for 1,5 years and has helped make the Budapest office become the most creative as well as effective agencies in Hungary, winning, among other awards, Grand Prix at Golden Drum. Between 2008 and 2013, during her stint at Ogilvy Budapest, she won international recognition including at Cannes, The One Show, LIAA, ADC’s, New York Festivals, Epica, Luerzer’s Archive and many regional awards. She is now Deputy Creative Director at Young & Rubicam Budapest.

Michał Imbierowicz, Executive Creative Director, Havas Worldwide Warsaw, Poland, has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising industry. Before joining Havas Worldwide Warsaw as Executive Creative Director, Michał worked for best international agencies, such as Saatchi & Saatchi, G7, DDB as well as Ogilvy One and Young & Rubicam Brands, where he held the position of Creative Director.

Volkan Karakasoglu, Creative Director, TBWA\Istanbul, Turkey, has worked for some biggest Turkish brands such as Akbank, Beko, McDonalds, Efes Pilsen, IKEA and others. He won awards at Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Golden Drum, New York Festivals, and in 2011 his work brought the first ever Cannes Lion to Turkey in Film category. Volkan was a member of local and international festival juries including Cannes Lions.

Žare Kerin, Creative Director, Futura DDB, Slovenia, has received over 200 international and national awards, such as Cresta, Red Dot, Cannes Lions Festival, D&AD, New York Festivals, Creativity Annual, Epica, Golden Drum, European Design Annual, Graphic Biennial Brno, Brumen’s Recognition, SOF and Golden MM.

Pavel Klubnikin, President Art Directors Club Ukraine, Founder and Creative Director Banda Agency, Ukraine, has won many industry awards for creativity, including at New York Festival, Epica, Golden Drum and Kyiv Festival. In 2015 Banda Agency was named World most effective independent agency, most effective agency in Europe according Effie index 2015 and creative agency of the year in Ukraine.

Siniša Waldinger, Creative Director, Bruketa&Žinić OM, Croatia, has extensive experience in the communications industry; in his career he has worked for numerous Croatian and international clients, helping them build their brands by creating entertaining commercial content.

Golden Drum International Advertising Festival, one of the biggest advertising festivals in Europe, is a four day event, organized by the Slovenian Advertising Chamber, which offers great learning experience and career aspiration for everyone working in the creative advertising industry, granting easy access to top industry experts, unique friendship opportunities and cultural mix while remaining the best place for networking.
