Open.Ad for open heads

The OpenAd Golden Drum Idea competition is back for its third annual edition with a new contest, a first-rate jury and more competition than ever.

Please, tell your audience that this is the moment they’ve been waiting for, an opportunity to submit their very own previously unpublished and never before seen TV ads, print ads and web design ideas featuring any product or service. This year, they can submit their ideas to fourteen categories. There is only one rule: No brand names, trademarks or brand-related products should be used in the ideas entered. The deadline for entries is September 4th.

Entries in all three groups (TV, print and web design) will compete for the OpenAd Golden Drum Big Idea award. Best entry in each group will receive an OpenAd TV, OpenAd Print and OpenAd Web Design award. Winners will receive delegate passes to the Golden Drum 2008 and be awarded on stage at the gala night reception of New Europe’s biggest and most famous advertising event of the year, on October 7th.

This year’s OpenAd Golden Drum Idea competition jury includes Julian Boulding, President of thenetworkone (PLEASE, FIND HIS CV AND PHOTO ON THE NEXT SIDE); Mick Devito, the co-founder of Butterfield Day Devito Hockney – Partners BDDH; and Ingmar Janson, Director of Alternative Communication and Creative Planning for Scholz & Friends Stockholm.
