Boss Drum Award 2012
For the first time, Golden Drum Festival 2012 and Publicis Worldwide invite the best young creative brains under 30 years of age from New Europe (*) to take part in the Off Drum Competition: Boss Drum Award 2012! Barbara Krajnc, Executive Director of the Golden Drum Festival, Slovenia, Dan O’Donoghue, Worldwide Strategic Planning Director, Publicis, UK, Tomasz Pawlikowski, CEO Central & Eastern Europe + CIS at Publicis Worldwide and Mitja Petrovič, director and co-owner of the agency Publicis Group Slovenia, four judges, will select up to 30 young promising creatives who would have an excellent opportunity to compete not only for a glory, but also great award of 5.000 EUR!
Young creatives are invited to enter the Boss Drum Award Off Drum Competition to connect, learn and gain experience and knowledge by working together with best young creative brains from New Europe and international senior level strategic advisers and to develop your talent and skills. To enter the Boss Drum Competition, creatives have to register as a Young Drummer for the 19th Golden Drum Festival, fill in this application form and send it to info@goldendrum.com. In the application form entrants have to answer the given questions to qualify as a candidate. Deadline for application: 20 September 2012 until midnight.
After the deadline the selected participants will be split into 4 teams and will meet for the first time on 3 October 2012 in Portorož where they will be given one brief to work on and produce creative solution(s). Final 10-minute presentations of all 4 teams will then take place on 5 October 2012. The winning team will be announced during the Festival Closing Gala Ceremony in the evening and get award of 5.000 EUR. Other contestants will get 1 free Full registration pass for the Golden Drum Festival 2013.
